    honestly i thought they were rather rude when i was at the chicago show, i guess it could have just been me but i don't expect to stand at a booth for 10 minuted waiting for someone to ask me what i want to buy(i had already asked to buy something twice and in teh middle of it they were sidetracked. they seem like nice guys and all i just won't ever buy anything from them again. plus to get more on track i agree that i think alot of people don't like the fact that they buy boxes and cases from other people.
