So much for the JKidd and Shaq trades - at least for now. I think they've both helped their teams in some ways (Suns wouldn't have even been close in the first game without Shaq IMO), but it's not enough at this moment to propel them. Maybe there's still enough time next season, but these guys aren't getting any younger (Nash too is getting up there; people talk about JKidd being old a lot, but Nash is only a year younger himself and has back problems).
The West is insane.

Andrew-I agree they have had some calls go their way. In Game 2, Phoenix looked to be playing a lot better without Shaq. I think they really miss Marion and Grant Hill isn't healthy. Raja Bell is the only defender they have out there.
Khendra-Nash is getting older as you mentioned but I still think the Suns are good with him for another two years. Are they better with Shaq? They got him to beat the Spurs. They may get knocked out in the 1st round by the Spurs.
I wouldn't rule Phoenix out just yet. All San Antonio did was hold homecourt...barely.

Nash shouldn't be the one guarding Tony Parker- we fared so much better in the regular season when a taller, longer Grant Hill was dogging him.....
Darn groin..... without Hill's defense I don't know what to do.

*yawn*
I'm tired and the blowouts aren't helping me wake up. But, the Lakers game is fun. Kobe poured int 25 points in the first half.

I am proud to say that, even in a loss, Acie Law was 4-4 on FGs and 4-4 on FTs. He's made his last 10 shots altogether. : )

I think Atlanta's future with him at the point is very bright.
Anyone watch that amazing performance by Kobe last night? He poured it on with 49 points!

Nobody on Denver can restrain Kobe.
Whoa @ Toronto so far tonight. Maybe they can get in a win this series.

What's up with all the blowouts in the playoffs especially the East games?
I hope the game on right now doesn't turn into a blowout...
