I'm about to take my kids up to the park and play for a couple hours so I don't feel as guilty when I park myself in front of the TV at 3:00 and ignore them. :)

rough night last night, so just getting up and about!!
wish i was in DC or NY this year, but i got a few friends/neighbors stopping by, beer on ice, plenty of food, and just threw on the lucky skins jersey (always nice pulling that off the hanger in april)
look forward to some good draft discussion!! i think this will be a great draft with lots of surprises.....only thing that sucks is it hasn't started yet!! bring back the 12:00 start!!
PS - someone please tell mike mayock to stop talking!!

im still up in the air after the longs......i personally dont think ryan is a franchise qb, but they need a new face in atlanta in a bad way.....if i had to put something on paper right now, id go long/long/ryan/dorsey
still think there will be some shake-ups to the top 10

I think the shake up could come at 8 with Baltimore. I keep hearing that they are very high on Chad Henne of Michigan, and are looking to take him. I think they don't draft again til 38, which Henne will most likely be gone by that point, if he is in-deed the guy they want out of Flacco/Henne/Brohm.

there's no way they draft henne at 8 (be extremely stupid if they did)....they'd trade back and take him later in the round. gonna be a big name on the board at 8, someone would gladly trade up 5/10/15 spots to get one of the big tackles still on the board
just heard it reported that the ravens are currently trying to move up to #2 and take ryan.....just not sure they have the goods to make it worth it for the rams

I'm interested in seeing where Vernon Gholston and Brandon Flowers go. I like Gholston since he went to Ohio State, and my friend who is a VT fan kinda got me rooting for Brandon Flowers lol.

alot of people are pretty high on flowers!! could easily end up going late in the 1st round!!
i also think gholston is an interesting guy.....i think he definately goes after long/dorsey (although i saw a few mocks that had him going ahead of BOTH, lol).....i think he goes to the chiefs unless dorsey falls to them....still think there's a good chance dorsey goes to the raiders, gholston to the chiefs, and mcfadden drops out of the top 5

monkey, I agree, Henne @ 8 is a super stretch, and that's even coming from a Michigan fan. I just don't think Ryan is there at 8, unless they can trade up like you mentioned. They could also take a player @ 8 and HOPE to get back in to the end of the first round to get Henne.
Edit: Just saw on ESPN, that the Ravens turned down the Rams trade offer. Rams wanted the Ravens 1, 2, and 4 round draft picks in this years draft to trade up to the 2nd spot.
