Jason Kidd's flagrant foul on Jannero Pargo
Kidd could be suspended for game 5, depending on what the NBA decides, but I think it looks like he will probably play. Kidd said he was just trying to foul him and Pargo himself said that he didn't feel it it was intentional.

Kidd should be out the next game, even though the Mavs don't really need him since he hasn't done anything since coming to Dallas. When you pull someone down by the neck in the air, that's just plain dirty with an intent to injure.
I'm not a big Kidd fan and this proves it; when nothing goes his way, he plays dirty. In New Jersey, when he wanted a trade, Kidd tried to force Ratner's hand to a trade and prior to the trade, Kidd played for stats and nothing else in order to help his team.

I don't believe he had intent. He was swiping at the ball but his hand came down on his neck. Problem is he didn't pull his hand back. So I don't know. Definitely a flagrant foul 1...not sure if it was a 2.
He won't be suspended for this.

Scary foul, no doubt... if he hadn't been able to get his hands down to break his fall... he'd have broken... his face! ;) Nice post, Molly, I had copied that one on youtube and was headed over to post it. Ha!

He won't get suspended over this. He is goig to be playing next game and hopefully he will help his team. He hasn't done anything to help his team. I don't think this was a good deal for the Mavs
