I don't hate them, but I have been a bit annoyed by the preferential treatment they got against Dallas. The Hornets got calls and no-calls probably because people want a nice feel-good story about New Orleans. The Spurs will give it to them though.

One of my diehard basketball family members expected it, too, but I was deluded by majority opinion that they were too young. In polls, Chris Paul is getting over 50% of the vote for most impressive player in the playoffs thus far. I still don't regret trading my printing plate of him for a LeBron GU though.

I couldn't hate the hornets as they are the closest professional team in my area which is Mississippi,They do alot for the community and play as a team. Also it never hurts that Chris Paul is who i collect in basketball,Plus I would like to see them reach the finals as i might be able to go to a game.Game 1 against San Antonio was impressive I hope they can keep it up,take care Steve

Don't hate the Hornets, but not a fan really. I actually went to a few of their games when they were still in Charlotte. Since I live in SC, Charlotte is the closest city that has a basketball team, my parents and I would go to a Hornets game every once in a while, especially if they played the Cavs of course. I was a little mad they moved the team, but didn't bother me too much.

I can say that I'm no fan, but "hate" is a strong word.
I've not seen such one-sided ref calls in a series in quite a while; the fix is in...lol
Paul is acting a bit primadonna'ish too; getting pissy when fouled. Come'on it's a
physical sport.
Anyway I can tell I'm the minority here, but I needed to speak my piece.
