Upper Deck Authentic redemptions from 06-07 not fullfilled

Hello. is anyone else still waiting for redemption cards from upper decks football or basketball from 2006-07 authentics. I redemded a Alonzo Mourning jersey autograph #/50 last may and still no card. they keep replying and saying a redemption is not garaunteed. nor is a replacement. Anyone else having this problem???? or if you have information about why the redemptions are delayed please tell. ty again MHZ33

did u try calling the 1- 800 number on the website

they will do a different card after this long
