I will say, you have some desirable pieces posted. Much of it goes by condition, others by authenticity...many both. Cards and auto's can be graded, and should in many cases. Pictures/Scans can speak volume's

As for doing a little homework yourself:
Ebay is a great place to "Quick Price" pieces due to the sheer variety for auction or completed within the past 30 days.
If you go to sell, a reputable hobby store owner can be invaluable.

I don't know where your located so I can't give you any specific help or guidance.

    Good Luck with your collectibles!!

    See cardcollector1972's Items on eBay

I agree, it's hard to tell without knowing the condition of the items. The cards will be easier to find values on. What brand is the Arod card by the way? Also is the Rickie Weeks from 2003 and is it autographed? If so you may have this one:

    2003 Bowman Chrome Draft172Rickie Weeks AU RC$25.00$50.00

Here are some values I pulled from the Beckett price guides and Tuff Stuff to give you and idea on some items. These are nmt/mt or better condition values. (Disclaimer: Rule #1--an item is only worth what a buyer will pay at a given moment based on supply/demand. In many cases you cannot sell the items for the listed book values and sometimes you get lucky and they sell higher:

The David Ortiz auto ball if in excellent condition would go for $135 according to Tuff Stuff's Sports Collector Monthly if authenticated.

2003 Absolute Memorabilia Total Bases Materials HR6Sammy Sosa/49$10.00$25.00

Daisuke Matsuzaka topps rookie card, boston red sox, 2007 (BV $8) -- If Japanes version or has no fascimile auto, then it books $12

I'll try to help with some other BV's as I get a chance

    Hope this helps a little
    Don
