Hey all. As some of you know I have a Ford pinto Mini Stock here at the Local track. Our last Race has me Puzzled! I'm just kinda Venting!

They Decided to Tech the Top 3 Cars from our Main event. What they were looking at was their brakes. They had The Drivers Pull their wheels off, put the cars on Jack Stands, and Try their brakes infront of the Techs.

Now our Rule States:
10.10.1 All four corners must be stock and in working order.(Remember the Underlined words)

Well the top 2 cars were found to delibrate non-Functioning Right rear Brakes. They did not get DQ'd.
This was our Tech's response Online:
"I still don't see where it says it has to be functioning. It says the CONDITION of the mechanism, not the operation of the mechanism. Still sounds to me like it is more about the condition, not whether it is actually working."

Did I learn the wrong meaning of "Working Order"? If so Wow, I've been fixing things I could just make Look good!
