When will the cc system be up again for me to transfer cc to someone on a sale?

No need to report the error. The system is turned off because we upgraded it, and it requires attention of a community admin in order to be configured. We are only techs and do not know the inner workings of the community necessary to setup the right configuration.

I noticed other people have this problem as well, who are either trying to pay for sales, sell or collect bets.
Would you happen to know a rough timeline of when it will be back up to normal?

As far as I know, the CC system was turned back on many hours ago.

As far as I know, the CC system was turned back on many hours ago.

I see that it was turned back on, but we can only see our past transactions with the cc, we can't make present transactions.

Before the upgrade we were able to scroll down in our user cp, click manage card cash and then there was the option to transfer cc to someone that we made a bet with, sold to or bought cards from with cc.
There was even an extra option to click card cash under someone's name (donate) and we were able to do the same process.
Those links no longer appear.


Also, the new system is very slow, when clicking the links in an email. It takes about 2-4 minutes for SCF to appear, but before the upgrade, it was instant.
