Sharpton has said that if Obama doesn't get the nod at the DNC that they will "shut the city down" (i.e. non-violent protests sitting in the middle of the street, etc). I say bring it on Al.

I wonder if he realizes he's a joke and is doing more harm than good, but keeps doing stuff like this because it's the only way he can stay in the spotlight and not get an actual job....or if he actually thinks he's the least bit relevant and people care what he says....

Sharpton says he's against racism but he's the first one to point the finger elsewhere when there is some type of issue. The only reason he gets so much publicity is the media knows he's going to spout off. Welcome to American journalism.

No, haven't you heard the rumor? Apparently the cops in Denver have a secret microwave ray that we point at people and it makes them hot and then they disperse. We've spent $5 million on 4 pieces of equipment to get ready for the DNC (2 firetrucks, a mobile command post, and something else) but reality isn't as exciting as a heat ray!
