    Al-Qaida Leader in Iraq Reported to be Arrested

    Here is the article. If substantiated, this is good news for the U.S. military in Iraq. It is a significant blow to terrorists there and shows that the Iraqi military and security forces are getting better:

    Isn't this like the tenth time he has been reported to be arrest? Only like 2% of the violence in Iraq is Al Quida but they get all the coverage??
