Anyone else use National City
Once I come up with the 400+ they stole from me I will be closing my account, I have been talking to the BBB about their practices was wondering if anyone else uses them and had any problems?
They have been allowing unathorized withdraws from my account and refusing to do anything about it (while charging me overdraft fees on charges I did not authorize).. I wanted my account closed so no more money could be stole from it but they refuse till I make it positive again

I use them and haven't encountered any problems.

Before I left work in January a lady I worked with had her ID stolen (she went through hell) the overdrew her account by over 2,000 and had taken out credit cards in her name.. They didn't do anything for her either if I had half a brain I would have left then:(
