I'm finished.....

Tomorrow I take the final walk down the path as a Marshall University graduate. I will be receiving my degree in Finance w/minor in accounting.

This is proof that one is never to old to go back to school. I started way back in the dinasour age and lasted only one semester before the isle of drink got to me and flunked out that first semester. 25 years later I went back and in three years received my degree. Of course there was no summer fun in between semesters. This was my job. 3 years. 135 hours of class work, major/minor, and a 3.28 (oh so close to ™™™ lader) gpa and I'm done.

Now to find that new career choice I have made......LOL.

WTG Mike...as a former resident in your neck of the woods...(lived in Charleston worked in Barboursville and used to set up at the flea market near there) I know how good your degree is from a good school...Maybe one day I'll take my almost 39 year old butt back and finish mine

WOOHOOO! So happy! And proud of him!
But I'm sad too. No more school with dad! Next semester is going to be a lot different!

Yesterday was our last time going to school together, sitting in the computer lab together, walking down the stairs, going to the student center, going to the car, and going home. Sad. My little daddy is all grown up! *tear*
