    Buffalo Bills waive Everett....

Was this a move for Everett or against him? The Bills are claiming that this will allow Everett to be eligible for his long-term disability payment of $224,000 per year over the life span of his injury. The problem is he has to apply for this payment.

I think this is a good move for Kevin...

The Bills obviously had to make this move, as he won't have a chance to make thier roster this season....they could've placed him on IR again, but then would've been responsible for his full salary and cap implications.

I also think the Bills consulted with the league & other officials to make sure Kevin would be able to apply for disability payments from the league before making this move!

Good luck to Kevin in his continued efforts to rehab fully from such a devastating injury!

i totally agree with the last post..i believe it is in both parties best interest and from what i read i agree that the Bills did consult with all officials before making the move
