I would choose letter (D.), i chose it because there could be things going on that you don't know about and if the baby cries all the time, that might mean that there is something wrong. how old is the baby? (if you know)

I wouldnt pick any of your choices. You dont want to get into a fight or not be friendly with your neighbors. Just explain to them that they need to try and control the crying a bit and just tell them whats on your mind (nicely, if possible).

Agreed with all this, down to the 1-year old (well, 17 month-old).
Option D is actually not a bad option, but I'd try B first to see if you get an explanation.

I have no idea how old the kid is. I couldn't even give you a physical description of my neighbors. We have taken a course of action. Now, we randomly pound on the walls and scream during normal daylight hours for no real reason. There is no motivation here except spite. Sorry Ashley, but nice doesn't really work for me. :-)

I'm too afraid not to be nice! haha But pounding on the walls and screaming is funny (but not the way I would have gone about it)..gotten a reaction from your neighbors yet?

No nothing yet, but the stupid baby was crying again this morning. Luckily I wake up at 5 a.m. for work.
