I dont even have photoshop! lol, i used paint.net (cant afford PhotoShop). Im working on my first custom now and it's probably gonna really suck but ill post anyway when im done.

I didnt have a tutorial.I Just make them all the time and every time I change something I try a different filter or change photo occupancy.and a high Quality photo helps alot.Here is one of my 1st A&g's as you can see I have changed it a lot.
