yea but they said that this girl had sex with 2 other men the last few days before. and she tried to commit suicide to get the old ex boyfriends attention. she is crazy, she is, at least likely a tramp, and looking to seek money. she was prolly all over kobe and looked at it as a way to get rich.

I'm not saying he is guilty, but how are you sure that he is innocent when you haven't heard all the evidence?
I don't know for sure but my reasoning is in the form of a few questions:
1. Why was the girl with him in his room in the first place? She has admitted some consensual things (petting, kissing and such),so any person knows what this can and often leads to which would lead one to believe she knew this and allowed.
2. Why would Kobe,a multi million dollar man, put all that on the line for a 1 night stand?
3. Why did she wait so long afterwards to report this? Only after talking to a friend did she decide to act.Yes,trauma can cause people shame and wanting to hide BUT in this case it involved a man with money. If it proves true that she also had sex with others around that time, why were they not reported as well?Did this discussion lead to an answer by the friend saying,"let's get rich"?
4. In past history,a criminal case is filed.Either way,if Kobe is found guilty or innocent, she can still file a civil case seeking monetary damages (look at the OJ trial). In a civil case,it will be easier to prove but it must first be established that "something" happened that night, thus the charges.
I know this sounds stupid and in the past, people have been stupid and done some things like Kobe is charged with but don't you think that Kobe knows the difference in consensual and assault or rape?Even in the heat of passion he would know this.

You do realize that saying yes to kissing or petting isn't the same as saying yes to sex, don't you? And you do also realize that if she said "No" at any point, it's rape. Just because she had sex with other guys doesn't mean she didn't say no. ANd as for Kobe not wanting to throw everything away for a one night stand - he did have a one night stand, I doubt it's the first one.
Maybe he got so used to having everyone fall over him and tell him how great he was, that he couldn't believe someone would turn him down.

well well well.... looks like the charges are about to be dropped, and news is coming in about 1/2 hour to 1 hour
When you look at the details of this case
1. she had sex with multiple partners (she's like 18 to 18-y/o) before and after "being raped" by Kobe
2. her panties showed DNA evidence from Kobe AND one other man
a no-brainer...I hope Kobe fights her like hell in the civil lawsuit she's now charging him with.
This was a female who wanted money, pure and simple.
$2.5M of Colorado's state budget was spent on this trial for her. What a joke this female is!

Kobe admitted immediately that he committed adultry meaning he slept with the woman. He only denied forcing her into it which would be rape. He never tried to excuse himself of the sex itself.
