    Kind of off topic, but since you mentioned you won these... How exactly do the "pack wars" work? I have seen people in card shop going crazy about it and heard of people playing, but never really understood how it works.

    Kind of off topic, but since you mentioned you won these... How exactly do the "pack wars" work? I have seen people in card shop going crazy about it and heard of people playing, but never really understood how it works.

    Everybody gets a low-end pack (usually topps or something like it) and then someone picks a stat (card #, career td's, rushing yards for a certain year, etc) and the person with a card that gets closest to the required stat wins that round. Repeat for different rounds with new packs. We did a total of 15 rounds. I missed the bigger hits of 2007 Topps Performance and 2007 Sweet Spot, but can't complain with 3 sealed boxes.
