So, he violated the constitution? I wonder why he is not going to jail. Don't people who violate laws get prosecuted? Seeing that Democrats head almost every over site committee, why are they not doing there job? Could it be that he has not violated the constitution and it is empty rhetoric?

The democrats only recently gained control. Also, it's pretty hard to violate a constitution by simply agreeing with someone who violated it (assuming, of course, your undefined "he" was McCain). If we're talking about President Bush: yes, he did violate it. But, of course, this is up for debate--a debate that's usually divided with each party on separate sides.

I am against things like this, however, I do not believe it is un-Constitutional until the Supreme Court tells me otherwise.

Huh? They have had control of the House and Senate for 2 years now. How much time do you need to start investigations?
The problem is people who have NEVER read the constitution think it is 500 pages long and includes welfare and a host of other items.
