I got screwed lol I only got 11 packs. I cant find the twelveth one. WOW.

I'd be going back to where you bought them from and see what he can do or ask him for a receipt for the box you purchased and send the receipt and empty packs from the box to the maker of the card and they should send you something. I've done it before bought a box and got shafted on 2 or 3 hits and they made it up to me lovely. Everytime i got to my local card shop and anyone there buys a box and gets shorted packs or hits the owner gives you a receipt for the purchase. If you send the receipt and empty packs to the card maker they will do something for you we've all been hooked up before. THANKS!

I've had past experiences where a hobby pack Topps Chrome pack had regular Topps stuff...I thought that was crazy.

I tried to call them up, but they would just keep sending me to different phone numbers...
I got frustrated and ended up forgiving and forgetting.

What is best way?

I was shorted an auto in a 2008 press pass hobby box. Called Press Pass and they wanted a copy of the receipt and the serial number from the box. About 6 weeks later I got a letter wishing me luck with the "collation fairy" :) and a Josh Johnson auto :(

I hope you get something better than that from them
