2007' Playoff Contenders Redemption Question
Just a question about the playoff contender redemptions, I have just started collecting a few months back and was curious on the wait time for these cards? Does anyone know the average turn around time for donruss and ways to check your status?. I like upper deck for redemptions because you can at least check your status online. It would be kind of expensive sending out a kenny irons redemption in hopes that it might come back someday? I have submitted about 10 redemptions and have not gotten any back but see some redeemed ones selling on ebay. I think donruss should put down the pen and paper...and go online like upperdeck.

well i sent a donruss in in December and havent gotten it back i think it usually takes like 8 months

took me nearly 18 months to get my Brian Calhoun Contenders redemption from 2006, but it did finally come in

Are you serious? Wow...I have done three redemptions with upper deck and they all have come in...my selvin young sp authentic came in that i bought for 15 bucks! :) I can't stress enough that donruss needs to get with the times and do online redemptions, its more pleasing for the customer. It took you 16 months? I thought after 8 months they send something in its place...I hope not.

I inquired about it after 6 months. They offered a replacement or they said I could wait for the one I sent in for. I opted to wait.

It appears donruss sucks for redemptions, I wish they were scratch off like upper deck. Do they even send you a confirmation e-mail that they received the redemptions? if so I haven't gotten one.

The only time I got an email from them was when I sent in a request on the status of my redemption
