Topps Suing UD over trademark infringement
Topps & an organization named CMG Worldwide INC.filed suit against Upper Deck in Indianapolis on Monday for use of "Exclusive Images"
Topps & CMG Worldwide INC Allege that Upper Deck-A California based Company- wrongfully used images & names of certain players
whose rights are licensed by Topps.
The suit is aimed specifially at Upperdeck's 2008 MLB SP Legendary cuts Baseball. product that inicludes HOF"s

UD is out of control and need to be stopped...sound like Microsoft in the 90's
