It's really hard to make an offer on a low numbered card like that when I don't know what value you're looking for.... I mean, the McNabb books $120, I'd figure the Tomlinson around $200 bv if it were a trade, what kind of paypal makes up $80 bv? $30? $40? It's really up to your end and how you got the card (I mean, again, it makes a big difference if you pulled it from a pack, paid $80 cash for it, or traded $200 for it). But there's a ballpark on my thinking.
Could also wait and see what cash offers roll in to see what value range it could be at.
