His death will leave a spot to be missed by all sides of the debate. He was a brilliant interviewer, and I would bet, a fine family man to be missed sorely by his family and friends.

Just read about this myself and posted in the political forum..almost unbelievable. 58 is waaaaay too young to die. I just saw him on TV the other day.

Me and Grandma was watchin the news and they said somethin about it. I'd seen him on TV before but never knew who he was. This is really sad news!

Well said 2far. Tim was a guy who knew how to put all emotions aside and has been commented many a time about being one of the best political reports who kept all personal judgment out of his interview. I personally believe that his reports were one of the strongest and yet to the point out there, a blessing to watch.
You will be missed Mr. Russert RIP
