Wayback Machine: Errors from 1989 and 1990 Pro set FB

OK, so my memory is a little foggy... I'm trying to put together a collection of the errors/variations from 1989 and 1990 Pro Set FB.

Can anyone help think of what errors/variations existed and what exactly the error/variation was?

I can think of:

1989 William Perry- SP, replaced in the set by another card
1989 Stacy Toran- Death, commemorative black stripe added later
1990 Eric Dickerson- SP, later replaced by another card
1990 Jeff George- Multiple Team Draft Day varieties (pre-release variants)

I know there's a ton of others (Elway, Art Shell, etc) and I'm sure a lot of you guys remember them.
Mucho appreciate any help listing them all off!

Only one I could find right now is 1989 James Jefferson - Missing the prospect banner. (not sure if it was corrected). I know there was one of a player who's belt was hanging(looked a little vulgar) and later airbrushed out. Can't remember the name though.

here ya go...i've got all the 89's except for 535A...there's so many 1990 errors, and even more uncorrected errors, I don't even know what half of them are....#204A is the belt card that had to be airbrushed
