    There is a suprise, that's their excuse for everything.. It's funny the head of oversight was on and pointed out when Clinton was in power and the Republicans were in controll they issued over 1,000 supoenas in 4 years for every RUMOR they heard... The first 5 years of Bush the same department issued 10 supoenas..
