    Fantasy Football Keeper leagues?????

How do these work? My friends and I had a league last year, and we are going to draft saturday for this year. I'm just wondering how to set up a keeper league. I want to be able to trade players on my league for a better draft spot. is this possible in a keeper league i know nothing... :(

Basically the only difference in a keeper league from a regular league is that at the end of the season, you select a predetermined number of players from your team that carry over to next year. In my league, we keep 4 offensive players and 1 defensive. And the trading depends on the league rules, which you decide on, but we can trade kept players for draft picks, trade draft picks, and all that jazz.

I'm not sure how you would do it if you're drafting online only, we have a live draft. Basically, we have the list of everyone's keepers, then we draft from the available players, then the commish goes online and puts each player on the team they belong to.

I like keeper leagues, make sure you're playing with the same guys all the time, you have the opportunity to build a team, you can trade draft picks for better players and vice versa, etc. Good luck with it.
