I've been out of the NPN game for a while. Never did get anything, so I quit. But since a lot of people here are into it, I'm gonna jump back in. Are they still just asking for your info on a postcard or what?

I have a quick question. Does Upper Deck retain those cards and not put them into packs as NPN giveaways? If so, then the real product distribution technically isn't /449, correct?

Upper Deck doesn't do it.
Topps does it, and yes it appears they put aside a certain number of insert cards for us NPNers.
