"Topps is a Joke"
I went on YOUTUBE today to see some mailday deliveries. While Im watchin I notice he pulls a Chris Duhon Topps Finest White Border 1/1. Nice card but damaged on the top border. This is the same card I mailed in last year for that very same damage. Topps replaced it with a Jalen Rose White border 1/1. Topps never returned the Chris Duhon instead they mailed it out to someone as a replacement card, or someone from Topps sold or traded the card. Either way thats not a good way to conduct business.

Yea, I know they are a subset of UD, but they obviously are under different design managements. The Fleer sets are always much better looking than anything Topps comes out with. I like the Upper Deck as well, but Fleer owns all.

Since you guys are upset by this, what would have been an alternative way to handle this 1/1 damaged card? Maybe Topps gave the card away to someone and that someone turned around and sold it? Regardless, somebody owns the card now, which is how it should be.

I think they should have made a new 1/1 Chris Duhon and destroyed the damaged one. I would be upset if I sent in a damaged card and got back another damaged card.
