    84 Star Sixers set...

Found cards #1-10 of what i think is a special Sixers set commemorating the 1983 title, but it is not the set Beckett lists (25 cards) - the numbers don't match. Anybody have any info on these?

    1 - Erving
    2 - Cheeks
    3 - Edwards
    4 - Iavaroni
    5 - Clem Johnson
    6 - Jones
    7 - Malone
    8 - Richardson
    9 - Toney
    10 - Sam Williams

If it looks like this, it's the 1984-85 Arena set.

    Sixers cards

I am not sure but doing a Google search would probably locate them. Steve Taft Enterprises is currently or was one of the top sources of information for those cards. There were special sets for teams such as Franz Blazers with the Drexler 1984-85 cards and that set may be a special police set or a food variety set regionally issued. The only sets I can think of with ten cards are the Abdul-Jabbar and Jordan 10 card sets. Kruk Cards sells a lot of star company sets too and I bought some from there and have the oversize Sixers sets (both white and blue) 5x7 cards but those do not sound like them either.
