Problem With Raw Tonight
Did anyone else see anything wrong with raw tonight? it was SO boring. no Triple H, and they were trying to promote a JBL/CM Punk storyline or something? how awful. i see ratings going down, and somehow Triple H goes back to Raw. I would like to see my favorite Shawn Michaels get into title contention, but H is needed badly. i dont think CM Punk will make a good champion, and he seems more of a ECW fit anyhow, almost a resembelnce to Sabu? i never watched smackdown and know alot of people who were strickly to watching Raw, so the best guy in the business is going to loose exposure? what do you all think of the direction of the WWE right now. If this continues, i see a big crash in ratings

I think they're going to just buy some time with CM being champ until they give the belt to Batista

Umm No, Raw was not awful. Maybe your hooked on HHH being the top guy on Raw as he has been for the last 10 years. Get over it. Raw was fine, and SD will be great from what they gained. I didn't relise much diference to tell you the truth. Cole was doing fine as champ. It's good dude.

It will be fine. They are trying to heavily promote Smackdown! on Fridays and are using Taker and HHH as their reasons to watch. John Cena will still run RAW and I love Kofi and think the fans will fall in love with him more soon.
CM Punk as champ made sense. Although they could have run a decent storyline about both titles being on Smackdown! Actually, I wish they would have. But they will put the belt on Cena again real soon until Orton comes back probably. I know a few things to prove that.
Anyway, it's a good RAW with some great promos being shot tonight and getting all the new storylines starting after the draft.
The coming weeks should be good

i thought raw was dreadful. Too much mic work, CM Punk and JBL story line is just stupid, flat out. I'm sick of seeing JBL get a push, that meaty tittied zilch needs to hang it up. I do think that it will be a triple threat with Cena, because of the way it went tonight. All I know is, 2 hours, and 4 matches later, I'm starting to wonder if maybe smackdown is now the show that will be in the spotlight. I just wish they got rid of that stupid Vickie all together.

I have been watching Smackdown more than Raw the past couple of months. Smackdown appeals to me because I love watching competitive matches involving MVP, Matt Hardy, Jimmy Wang Yang, Jamie Noble and Edge has shown how he has developed over the years, talent and character wise.
Raw has become too gimmicky for me recently, especially with the Million Dollar Giveaway and predictable Triple H or John Cena matches where they always win.

yeah actually i look at wrestling every once in a while but i check the net to find out who wins after every show..............it just not the same since the attitude era(rock, stone cold)......also there is to much cena and triple h for my taste but randy orton was great with the title, maybe punk is just holding it until orton gets back healthy........ but i think its great they moved hhh he wants the spotlight all the time and he does not give the rest of the guys a chance to shine.......
but my biggest problem is the way they directed the title change....it could have been so much better......
raw starts off edge comes to the ring and talks smack about raw not having a title and tells them they want get a shot at his title........later in the night they talk to the big guns on raw (cena, batista, rey mysterio,hbk)..through out the night they talk to these guys about them not having a title on raw and they say that they will get the title back on raw some how......so around main event time they show edge and the edgeheads about to leave but they cant find there ride (this where you use crymetyme to play as if they stole the ride) any way around main event time they use the jr farewell speech as a way to get edge out to the ring, maybe jr calls him a coward or say something that prompts edge to come out....anyway edge comes to the ring by himself because the edgeheads are lookin for the car.......edge comes in and nails jr with a spear.......this would get the crowd heated then the big boys come to the ring..(cena,batista rey mysterio and hbk......edge tries to run but they block him in....i say first rey should have tripped him right in to a 619 then when he turn around after gettin kicked in the mouth by mysterio hbk catches him wit some sweet chin music....then cena picks edge up and put him in the f u....then finally batista gets his revenge and batista bombs him.....then cm punk music hits and he comes to the ring with his ref and he just pins edge.....then raw goes as all the top face guys celebrate the fact that the title is back on raw.........i know its a bit much but its way better then that whole jbl mess....and if edge had hit jr that crowd would had been so into him getting beat down like that.........and lastly edge deserved to be completely embarrased after the crap he has pulled since hes been champ, plus this would have help build mysterio and batista as top raw talent, and this would definately brung in a new era on raw

They had to make Edge job to lose that belt. Couldn't do it to Hunter? Oh no, his ego is too big and he's married to the boss's daughter, so we're gonna eventually have him hold more title reigns than the great Ric Flair. (Hopefully he pisses Steph off or gets caught cheating so they can divorce before that happens)
But if you can't tell I'm happy The Game is off RAW. He's a good performer, but I totally hate how he uses politics to run the company and has held countless superstars back in the past, including Y2J(main reason why he wasn't WWE champion after coming back) Now I hope we see superstars who deserve the spotlight. I just feel terrible for Edge and now he'll likely be jobbing to Triple H for the next 6 months.
Don't get too excited about Kofi Kingston though. Remember a similar superstar a few years ago that got a similar push, even beating the ego maniac a few times? In fact these 2 feuded recently. Shelton Benjamin anyone!? I see his career going exactly the same.
