Is something goin one with this guy?

I was buying lot after lot on ebay of some rook's press pass auto's and gu's for 2-6 bucks from the same seller. Then Davone Bess, an undrafted WR outta Hawaii went for $20+. Is there something I am missing about him? I tried to pick up the lot but once it climbed above $11 I stopped. Giant bidding war in the last 40 seconds fyi.
