I strip in the evenings.
No actually I just use extra money from my paychecks if we can afford it. If not then I do not buy a thing.

I'm 19 and I have 2 jobs (as an assistant to an assistant of a music company and an assistant to an accoutant), go to school, and have a girlfriend who loves that I have a hobby. I get paid $1,500 a week and I give about a third of that to my parents, spend another $300 for rent and then the rest is savings/buying what my girl wants.
Cards take a backseat to friends and family; I love this hobby, but I will not fork over more than $300 monthly to Upper Deck and Topps.

im 15, i go to a private high school, im in 3 sports, and i play trumpet. by no means am i spoiled, when i want something i buy it. i run cc and track and play var basketball. when i need shoes for those sports, i have to buy them, which ends up being between the three, 4 pairs of shoes totalling about $300 a year. i just recently had to buy a new trumpet, which if you no anything is not on the cheap side. i had to dig into my bank account, pull out $1000 and pay for that. i do get an allowance from my parents, which is $50 a month, which is not easy to make last. im currently unemployed but have job interviews coming up. so as you can tell, i have a very tough time affording any cards. xmas and my birthday are big card times for me, cuz i usually dont get gifts, i just get cash. in the past i have spent up to $500 in a matter of two months on cards, but this year, i have barely bought anything. except today, i spent $60 buying cards from a friend. but thats about all i can do. my parents hate that i collect so a lot of the time wat i do is go out for a run, run to target pick up a few packs and run home, and open in secret, so its very hard for me to collect.

i don't spend much on cards, i actually don't really have a 'budget' for cards, but i know where to draw the line. i'd say most of the money i spend each month comes from sending people's cards in the mail. i am also not really a high end collector so if i had to guess i spend around $30 a month if you average it all out. ocassionally i'll spend more in one month when i want something, but then the next month i'd spend less so it balances out.

Well there are much more important things to me than basketball cards. I'm not going to hide my money from her just so I can go and buy a box of cards here and there. We make sure that whatever needs to get paid, gets paid. Bills and what not. Then, when everything is said and done, and there is some money left over, then we decide as a couple (cause that's what a relationship is about) what we're going to do with the money. Sometimes I let her have it to do what she wants, and sometimes she lets me have it to do what I want.

im 15, and well my bucket sucks :(..my mom pays for my shipping now instead of my cards, so that will have to change (i want her to pay both) now i am pretty spoiled. both my brothers are in college and whatnot, so im all she has left i guess to spend money on. plus im the good child in the family (and if you went to school with me, you'd be shocked, im also the smart one :)
but i will be ripping about $400 in cards when i turn 16 in september, so that'll be my funHidden Content

I'm 15 also, i get all my money from working on land (cut grass, weedeat, clearing trees and limbs) on the weekends. About 50% goes to saving for a car. 15% on going to movies and stuff and the rest goes to cards. I'm definetly not spoiled my parents refuse to buy me any cards at all.
