Corey Maggette Sweepstakes
The San Antonio Spurs have targeted Corey Maggette and are the front-runners to sign the Los Angeles Clippers’ free agent forward, multiple league sources said Tuesday night.

He's had offers, or potential offers, from like 8 teams....including the Celtics, who he has "great interest" in.

These are the teams with the most interest (in no particular order). Probably a few others too.
San Antonio (rumors say they are the frontrunners; would be a starter)
Golden State (most $$$ to offer)
Orlando (won't be a starter)
Boston (won't be a starter)
Philadelphia (if they don't land Josh Smith)

Do you know who C. Magette even is?? LOL
First of all, Cassel doesn't start, and is not coming back anyway. Secondly Rondo is the starting POINT GUARD.
Corey is a Small forward, so NO, he would not start for the Celtics, (last I remember they have some guy named Paul who plays that postion)
But Corey he would be a great reserve off the bench if they don't re-sign Posey. I can't imagine that line-up!!
