The Chicago Bears have signed second round pick RB Matt Forte to a four year contract. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Forte becomes the 11th of the 12 Chicago draft picks to sign a contract or agree to terms.

I heard some pundits say that they believe the Bears could pick up Shaun Alexander during training camp or just before the regular season,to act as a verteran running back to help guide Forte along. I don't know how much truth is in that statement!!

garrett wolfe is too small to be an every down back.. forte was a stud in college and if there oline can open up wholes look for a huge year
