2000 Score Millenium Men question

So i'm going through a box of cards and come across a 2000 Score Millenium Men Chad Pennington #'d 141/1000 with his auto on the bottom. First I checked to make sure it wasnt a stamped sig and you can see where the sharpy went lighter and darker and its obviously his sig (compared to many others). What dumbfounds me tho is that there is not certified stamp or sticker or acknowledgement of the auto anywhere on the card.

Anyone else have one of these cards of any player that can tell me if there card has a stamp or sticker or anything?

the first 200 were signed and there is no stamp or congratulations on the card.
