    08 Prestige question...

Wondering if the 08 Prestige Rookies "Draft Picks" #'d /999 are part of the set or are parallels. Anyone help me on this one?

definately not part of the base set - id assume they are parallels (the numbering matches the base rookies, right??)

The base rookies are not numbered, so I think. I pulled 3 "DRAFT PICKS" rookies from a box. They are glossy & #'d /999, have "Draft Picks" printed on the top. And I think you meant the #'ing in the set...YES they do match. My question arisees because I haven't been able to locate the regular versions of the 3 Draft Picks I have.

yeah, the coalition numbers as opposed to the serial numbering......definately not part of the base set......i personally dont think of them as "parallels" either (a parallel is a card that directly "parallels" its base counterpart - since there are obviously none of these for the vets, it cant be a direct parallel of the base set like the xtra points are......just parallels the rookies)......its become tough to catagorize all cards into base/inserts/parallels but hope that helps

what were the 3 cards you cant find base counterparts of?
