    My Ebay Rant

So, I listed my Lost Season 1 DVD set on Ebay today and it took me 20 minutes to do the listing.

I haven't listed on Ebay in a while and tried the "Keep it Simple" form. It looked great and took 2 minutes to fill out, BUT when I hit submit I kept getting this error message, "please specify shipping insurance amount." So, I looked down the form and there is NO field for shipping insurance amount. So, I hit submit again. Same error!

So, I contact Ebay Live support. I tell them the error and they say that I have to use the "switch to sell your item form" at the bottom of the "Keep it Simple" page. HUH?

Is this Ebay, the company worth billions and spends millions and millions on programming??? So, I go to the keep it simple page and I get an error asking for shipping insurance WHEN THERE IS NOT SHIPPING INSURANCE PAGE! Ugghhhh!!

I guess I would expect more from such a big company. Shouldn't take 20 minutes to list an auction!

I just listed some items a couple day's back and the shipping insurance is in the section with all your shipping details. It's not a box you can fill in but you have to click the little "Change" link at the bottom of that section and then it allows you to fill in the insurnace info.
