Why does no one respond to my...??

I have a thread titled "Looking for Edgerrin James and/or Ickey Woods." 99% of traders do not respond there but then I see them posting their tradelists w/ Edgerrin James cards for trade and at least 50% of the time I need them. Why don't they post on my thread??? Why do I need to track them down to try and trade for it?? Why even post a looking for thread at all?? Come on people, if you really want to trade you'd respond to all threads w/ cards you have that they need and not just wait for them to find you.....

randallcards- I totally agree. I took an 8 month hiatus from here and never missed it. Once the new football cards came out I had to come back b/c I can not find another site that trades so much football. Wish I had the $$ for something nice for the Edge, but its way too high end for me, lol.

biggle46- eBay has helped/hurt the hobby however you want to view it. But b/c of it low end stuff sells incredibly cheap now and only the real high end sells decent. Oh well, it helps me w/ my collection usually, lol.

brewersfan44- Thank you for the list. I need both Ickey cards but don't need any of the Edgerrins, sorry. However I don't see this card listed anywhere, are you its 2000 or #300? LMK and thanks.

Happens to me all the time. If I just waited for people to reply to my threads with stuff I needed, I wouldn't have made but like 4 trades here. You always have to hunt the stuff down yourself.
