I do understand what you are saying, and I do agree partly, but I think saying that there are so many bad traders is an overstatement....it may seem like that, and at times, I've thought "Sheesh...what a bunch of crabs!" or whatever, but it's not very many people that are rude/bad traders/etc. If you think about it, there are 20,000 members on here, and I would highly doubt that anywhere close to 10,000 are bad traders. It only takes one "bad egg" to spoil the batch....don't get me wrong....I totally understand what you are saying, and I'm not taking away from that whatsoever....but don't let some people with bad manners make you feel less welcome or less likely to trade.

Nathan, you should know me well enough and my trading to think i would stop =) lets not talk crazy. i just am blocking more people than i use to. i still have a bunch of my regulars! and i actually have a bunch of trades with new traders. most have gone fine, but like you said that one bad egg, or 5-10 (lol) can spoil the batch sometimes

I know you won't stop....500 trades in 7-8 months....no end in sight....but I do understand that it gets frustrating....some people don't have common computer manners....I just had a potential trade get set up, then changed 5 times or so, then no communication....kinda stinks that people are like that, but what do you do? Just don't deal with them.....I have no interest in getting a trade set up just to have it thrown to the side unless there is a good reason for it.....

woo! 3rd rant in a week by you, lol, your on a role. nice quote btw. :)
i agree completly though, i hate it when we make a deal, and i throw in something extra just to get it aproved, and they ask if they can switch it for something else. ITS A BONUS!!!

Bowler...sent your lot out 1 hour after we confirmed, plus i threw in a couple xtra because i want more trades with you down the road. thats how a foundation for a lasting trade relationship should be. you are very easy to deal with. Thanks

yes i am on a role! and i thought you'd like that quote :) i wonder who said that?lol
or when you make the deal, and tell them to post it and they try to trick you by putting the thing you didnt want instead of the one you did want. that happened to me twice, luckily i caught it and rejected the trade, and when i asked them, they wouldnt respond anymore

thanks! i got ton's of braves base. i'll see what i have of there bigger guys. its not always needing to be extra's its communication, timeliness, and everything else in between to make a good trade. ebay for example is awful. 2/3s the people i have to ask to leave feedback or else i'd get none

I love people that say " No, i'm not paying BV for it, or Ebay or above ebay or below ebay price". What, you want it for free ? It's getting crazy with immature kids. They don't have 2k to shell out on a case, but when you bust one and pull the gem, they want to lowball you for it. If they cant lowball you for it, they will be rude. Nothing has changed over the years, it just got worse.

yes it has. i am so tired of people lowballing me, i am raising my pricing for everything so if they try to lowball that price, i may get what i want for it. theres some huge lowballers around here, it frusterates me because if i paid x for a certain card, its like they expect me to sell it for less than i bought it!
