    I guess it's a question if the bids can be received from 11:00:00 to 11:00:59. I have seen other auctions take the first valid bid at 11:00 or the ending time, so that's what I have been doing. I will make it clearer in my future auctions. Thanks

    That's cool then, I just placed a note in the suggestion forum that maybe they can address that and put it in the sticky they have posted so everyone will know use the same guidelines.

    Good idea. I agree that it's kind of a gray area. Ebay auctions end at a precise second so we need to do something similar. Sorry you lost out on this auction, but look for more coming soon.
