in the auction, the guy says its sorted 1 out of every 1700 packs...is it just me, or does that seem like its not rare at all???

Those are variations that Topps put in the packs as a kind of tribute. Ridiculous money.

Just like the other errors they can probably wait and find it alot cheaper when there are more copies being pulled, some people just have no common sense sometimes....take that money if you have it and get yourself a nice top level card of your favorite player or team, or a HOF autograph something that makes you happy and money well spent in your eyes.
