Just curious, why does everyone lie about svs. we obviously all have computers and can check for ourselves. so why lie. i see it every where. anyone?

I love that. When trading I will go by beckett value. That's fine. But when I ask to buy a card and they ride the high beckett value instead of the 15.00 ebay price it's insane. Especially when there's a thread of a different color in a patch card and they wanna add on double the price.

i've been told "because the jersey color is different its a short print" LOL no its not. people lie because they are money hungry and want to nickle and dime you for as much as they can, or there to lazy to check how its selling and make the sv what they want it to be.

i don't advise selling with luck here. alot of the members now want to pay under ebay prices.

i think it was 2-4 weeks ago everyone was saying "i'm paying ebay prices" and now 4 weeks later its "i want under ebay prices" so im sure eventually its going to be "i want 50% off ebay" its a joke pretty much

I agree, I lost wayy too much money here making deals and not getting enough for shipping.

its not about shipping. i had a sell thread today someone says i like "X" i give them the bv and my sell price dlvd. booked 30 combined (2 triple gu's. 1 /25. the other /99) 10dlvd. 33% very fair. they reply "the best i can do is 7" that is what i call lowballing. people on here expect you just to rip yourself off i guess

Well I collect Rohan Davey and realize he will never be more in the NFL than his backup days in NE. Some of his stuff still books for 20-ish and people here always try to get me to pay $8-10. I may collect a no-namer but I do realize that's a complete ripoff. What's even worse is his RCs which book for $8 and people wanting $5 dlvd a piece or so. Ebay seller make me angry all the time, but at least the prices aren't always ridiculous.

1, whenever someone asks me how much, i just tell them 80% of book. that brings that crap to a screamin' halt. i'll rip it up before i sell it cheap.
2, don't you just love it when they offer you the lowest ebay sale price they can find? NOTE--MY SIG.

People sell under ebay because that way, they don't have to pay the fees (which are quite high)...their profit is still the same if you think about it
