Talking Card #d to 10 high-end or not?

Would you consider a low-numbered card to be high-end or not? I have a #d to 10 card I want to get rid of and want to know if I can put it up on the high-end board or not.

So I'd be better off putting it up for 'best offer' on the regular trading area?
