    HELP! Is this card fake?

I won this item recently on ebay, and i just received it yesterday. First thing I noticed about the card is that the number 1 on the auto is missing! Well that's still fine for me maybe Reggie just forgot. Then i checked the corners.. still good... then i noticed the the long scratch at the front of the card. That is unacceptable for me. It wasn't stated in the description in ebay. I am new to ebay, do you think i can get a refund to this item?

Here are my old school Reggie Miller Autographs to compare

I don't think this card is fake in my OP...

If I were you, I will request to refund because of front condition(as you describe)

But refunding depends on price how much you paid.

If I got this card as cheap price, I don't refund as Player Collector.

No, it's not fake. He probably just didn't press hard enough, something like that. And from the scan, it doesn't look like a scratch...that's a fairly common line from the production machine on those types of cards, for some reason.

Does the scratch go through the auto or does the auto go over it? If it's through the auto, it's a scratch, if not, it's a surface issue of the card in production.
