    anyone know how to.......

    make cutouts?? i have all the images i need, i just can't get the cutouts right. lmk if you have any insight on how to do this! thanks!

    What Program are using? If you're using Photoshop Elements use the "Lasso Tool" Its Photshop 2 3 or 4, use the Pen tool. Hope that helped

    There is one for 30 days. But it takes laround 12 hours to install.

    www.jasc.com download a trial version of Paint Shop Pro-- its a cheaper version of Photoshop -just no bells and fancy stuff- just basic tools--like the lasso--hope this helps
