I've been happy with Blowout and also LRcards (used to be lrcards.com)...LRCards always had the lowest presale prices and great service...I buy most of my stuff by the case and usually presales...In the past I would buy from the bigger national places (Blowout, LR, Dave and Adams) but when I take their presale prices to my local shops they will usually meet or beat the price...try your local shop for presales (even by the box)...they should give you a nice discount because you are also helping them fill orders from the factories and you will be keeping your money in the local economy and helping a valuable resource in your collecting community...plus everyone likes a guaranteed sale...

Blowout cards always has great deals on older boxes that they want to get rid of...get on their email list and they will send you the specials lists every week or two plus extra discount codes, etc...They also ship for free if you spend $100 or so...

If you can, try the presale route, you need to be patient but you can save quite a bit of coin...

Naxcom/Sportsbuy is also a great site for cards (check my link) but boxes are rarely less than hobby shop prices...plenty of sweet deals on single cards and lots of free shipping promotions...

    Good luck!

I know it's only my experience, but stay away from lrcards. Takes presell money and doesn't deliver. At least in my case. I had to file a claiim with ebay.

Wow, I am a little suprised to hear this but its good to know! I haven't ordered from them in over a year but in the past Larry (The "L.R.") would always answer the phone and take the order...seemed like a nice small business..

Always good to get more than one opinion, huh?

Lately I've been getting slightly better prices from Blowout than I have Dave and Adams. I usually bounce between the two and see who has the best price for what I want to buy.

I don't buy boxes from eBay. I've had some experiences where I suspect the box was rigged. You don't have to worry about stuff like that when you go with the big boys like Blowout and DA.

New here and was also wondering where everyone buys there boxes.

Also has anyone ever bought from OCsportscards? I just bought a box of 08 spa FB and contenders Baseball since it was cheap.

Here are my tops where I buy from.
    Blowout
    BigT

DA and charm I find a bit pricey. I dont buy from ebay anymore.
