Hey there, my name is Chris, I'm from Upstate NY. I've been collecting baseball cards for as long as I can remember I literally have thousands of them (in the process of organizing) so I figured I would find a forum that looked pretty good to start to move some of the cards (and create space for some new ones) as well as pick up some tips and maybe learn some stuff.

This is probably a very basic question but where do you all find the prices of your cards? I've been using ebay simply because I am broke and cant pay for beckett's or any online stuff so I was just curious. Thanks!

Beckett is out of it anyway. BVs aren't even close to correct. Tuffstuff is pretty good but I'd just go with ebay sale prices and check out these forums to see how much cards go for. You probably also can ask members how much they think a card is worth.

No it's not out of business what I meant is their prices are crazy. Like most values are about 20% of the BV. And some are more. Cards are only worth what someone will pay for them.
