I have been trying fot 2 1/2 months to get an answer and I finally talked to someone who looked at the pics and confirmed it is a definate 1 of 1 Uncorrected error!

I am still just mad as hell that it took me 2 1/2 months, 5 phone calls and 2 e-mails for someone to finally talk to me but at least not I have the answers.

UD's Customer Service sux IMO. I am seriously considering not buying any more of their stuff because if I get a good card I actually need replaced then who knows how long it will take.
