They offered to re-slab a card for free for me because there was some debris trapped in the case. They didn't ask where I got the card though.

I don't think that there is any fixing their site....but they should fix your slab for free. Email the grading department. You shouldn't have to pay a $5 fee for their defective product.

I sent one back in because when they slabbed it the first time the internal sleeve was opened on the bottom, they still charged me 5 dollars. I thought that was bad customer service.

I just think they will charge him because he is not the original sender for this graded card. He bought it off ebay.
